Before launching my own firm, I worked within systems that taught me the vital importance of mastering every detail. From day one, I knew I wanted to build a company dedicated to serious, professional, and enduring solutions. We’ve grown, evolved, and adapted over the years, but we never compromised on what mattered most: quality, trust, and accountability. “Initially, the family business wasn’t my first choice. To be honest, I wanted to become a mechanical engineer or a mariner, following the footsteps of my mother’s side of the family. However, over time, as I observed my parents—their passion for the craft and the relentless effort they put in every day—I realized that this was where I belonged. I started with very little knowledge, but I gradually learned the ropes, taking on more roles and greater responsibilities. I am especially grateful to my father, who served as my mentor and provided me with strong foundations— from supplier negotiations and sales to client relations. In ten years, I would like to see our family company still standing on the same pillars it was built upon: trust, love, and expertise. I see my role in ensuring that legacy is shared with the world,” Leo Matošević concludes.
