The VOICE
Voices that move
Some stories don’t begin with a grand business plan. They start with the scents of childhood, the warmth of a family table, and the realization that food can be more than just a meal. It can be an emotion. A pause. A sense of peace and safety.
Marija Antunović’s story is one of those quiet narratives that captivates you instantly—because it feels real. It begins on an island, around a family table, following a rhythm of life that didn’t rush, but was truly savored. It’s a story rooted in an environment where work was learned by watching, helping, and absorbing, and where food was never just meal, but a reason to gather and share. Together with her husband, Ivan Borac, Marija founded Croccantino—one of Croatia’s most celebrated artisanal gelato brands. What started as a small family pastry shop on the Pelješac Peninsula has blossomed into a brand whose reach extends far beyond local borders. Her journey is about the audacity to leave the “safe path,” the pull of returning to one’s roots, and the growth found through community and daily grind. In every scoop of Croccantino, you can taste the island, the memories, the journeys, and the raw emotions distilled into flavor. Today, Marija bridges the heart of family tradition with the courage to carry that same tradition into the wider world, stepping far beyond the familiar and secure. She doesn’t run from fear; she carries it with her, knowing that without it, there is no growth.
Marija’s message transcends the world of gastronomy. It is a testament to the idea that fear is not an obstacle, but a compass; that creativity is born from the intersection of uncertainty and perseverance; and that quality and integrity remain the most genuine ways to connect with people.

He’s an entrepreneur, a mountaineer, an adventurer, and a voyager of the heights—but above all, he is a man who has learned to listen to his inner compass. His journey began at the “top” of Croatia, in Međimurje, along the Mura River. It was a childhood free of screens, yet filled with movement, nature, and community. Running barefoot through the meadows, the scents of the forest, and his first hiking trips were deeply etched into his memory, though he didn’t know then that these very moments would later become the foundation of his life.
He walked away from a corporate career to dive into entrepreneurship, launching Croatia’s first car-sharing model—a project that demanded vision, grit, and faith in something that didn’t yet exist. But as his business career reached new heights, so did his need for balance. The mountains became his personal reset. Not an escape, but a homecoming. Through the Himalayas, the Alps, and expeditions lasting weeks, Matija learned that the mountain doesn’t change a person—it strips them bare. In extreme conditions, the ego vanishes, and only your true self remains. That’s why his message transcends sports and business. It’s about humility, authenticity, community, and the strength to push forward even when things get tough.

She doesn’t just talk about success. She lives it—quietly, consistently, and with the belief that dreams come true when you truly serve them. Josipa Maras is an artist who traded the traditional canvas for digital painting at a time when it wasn’t a trend, but a gutsy move. Out of that faith and a few sleepless nights, Studijo Wallpapers was born—hand-painted, authentic, and timeless. Today, Studijo, Croatia’s first wallpaper factory, has established itself on the market through original art, bold design, and personalized solutions. The excellence of Studijo’s design is confirmed year after year at the world’s most prestigious competitions—from Milan and Paris to Frankfurt—and in 2025, Josipa Maras was named Micro-Entrepreneur of the Year. Every inch of wallpaper that leaves their factory carries knowledge, experience, passion, and pride—along with a clear message: you can make a living from your talent.
Her journey wasn’t glamorous. Weekends were spent working, mornings were met at the machines, and sacrifice was a daily reality. She could have given up on anything—except for her children and her faith in the Studijo story. Today, with her wallpapers in homes across the globe, it’s clear that this vision wasn’t just ambition; it was a purpose. Gratitude is a value Josipa lives as intensely as authenticity, courage, and consistency.

Rare are those whose voice carries the weight of experience, the breadth of knowledge, and the depth of a truly human worldview like this television adventurer. Not only he creates reports, but also builds bridges between worlds and cultures. Whether interviewing global power brokers or everyday citizens, he unearths daily truths in search of universal values. His stories travel far beyond the screen, connecting people, places, and ideas—from the global epicenters of power to the world’s forgotten corners.
Goran Milić stands as one of the most prominent journalists in Croatia and the region, with a career spanning nearly half a century in broadcast and documentary journalism. Along the way, he has edited and hosted over a thousand programs, filmed hundreds of documentaries and travel reports, and interviewed heads of state, leading intellectuals, and key public figures of his era. Even after his formal “retirement,” his voice has not faded. On the contrary, he continues to produce documentary series that take viewers on journeys through contemporary social phenomena and the world’s cultural diversities. His series What’s Up… explores stories from America, Europe, Israel, and Japan, examining the North-South divide, while his latest episodes bring nuanced, timely dispatches from China.

For years, she listened. She listened to visionaries, entrepreneurs, young people searching for their path, and those who created in silence — carrying grand ideas without the need to be loud. She worked with them, witnessing their highs and lows, hearing their doubts, their faith, their dreams, and their struggles. It was these people—their courage, their authenticity, and their often invisible contributions—who inspired her to launch the region’s first video magazine dedicated to celebrating the good in humanity. She is Doris Vukšić, the founder of Human Voice.
Over the years of working in the communications industry—a world of relentless noise—Doris made a conscious decision to stop and - listen. Time and again, she chose the same path: to put the person before the persona, purpose before the noise, and values before trends and fleeting attention. Her encounters with people, the persistent questions that wouldn’t be silenced, and an inner restlessness to find deeper meaning in her work became the catalyst for creating a space where human stories could truly be heard. She felt a void where the quietest, yet most vital things should be: humanity, faith, values, and the good done without expectation of recognition. It was within this “loud silence” of celebrating authentic life values that she recognized her responsibility and decided to launch her own media platform to amplify the stories that truly deserve to be told.
