For years, she listened. She listened to visionaries, entrepreneurs, young people searching for their path, and those who created in silence — carrying grand ideas without the need to be loud. She worked with them, witnessing their highs and lows, hearing their doubts, their faith, their dreams, and their struggles. It was these people—their courage, their authenticity, and their often invisible contributions—who inspired her to launch the region’s first video magazine dedicated to celebrating the good in humanity. She is Doris Vukšić, the founder of Human Voice.
Over the years of working in the communications industry—a world of relentless noise—Doris made a conscious decision to stop and - listen. Time and again, she chose the same path: to put the person before the persona, purpose before the noise, and values before trends and fleeting attention. Her encounters with people, the persistent questions that wouldn’t be silenced, and an inner restlessness to find deeper meaning in her work became the catalyst for creating a space where human stories could truly be heard. She felt a void where the quietest, yet most vital things should be: humanity, faith, values, and the good done without expectation of recognition. It was within this “loud silence” of celebrating authentic life values that she recognized her responsibility and decided to launch her own media platform to amplify the stories that truly deserve to be told.
“The mission of Human Voice is to give a voice to the quiet heroes of our time—the unsung heroes and visionaries who move mountains within their communities. They are the ones creating change and truly living out the values that inspire us. We want to give them the spotlight and amplify the stories they live to a world that needs to hear them.”
Human Voice was born from an inner calling. It was a response — a need to witness what one believes in. It was created to put a spotlight on the people who do good, who live their values, and who change the world in their own often unassuming ways. It stands as an affirmation of faith: that life has meaning, that goodness has power, and that each of us has a calling to leave the world at least a little better than we found it.
That is why Human Voice is more than just a media platform. It is a testament. It is the continuation of a life’s journey, the crowning achievement of professional experience and a personal conviction that communication only has meaning when it serves humanity. It is a space where silence is heard and goodness is given a voice. A space for those who do not shout, yet act; for people who do not seek attention, but deserve to be heard. And it is within this silence, a silence that decided to speak out, that Doris Vukšić found her mission—to give a voice to the individual and the values they live by.
A happy, fulfilled and grounded woman who believes in a much greater calling for each person on this planet. Looking back at my childhood, I never had an obvious, extraordinary talent—I wasn’t an artist, a musician, or a painter. But I always felt that I had been given a gift, and that I had both the responsibility and the privilege to return it to the world.
That feeling followed me through nearly twenty years in the communications industry – and there was one common thread running through everything I did: telling human stories. I earned my doctorate researching world-class individuals and visionaries who have left a lasting mark on humanity, and running my communications agency, I shared stories of inspiring people with the world every single day. Today, I see my talent exactly in recognizing stories that matter, identifying the people who deserve the spotlight, and honoring the values they live by. And that is why Human Voice was born— the voice of the individual, the power of the story, and the values that endure.
In this world of shifted values — if I may put it that way — in a world of noise and constant struggle for attention, my mission is to bring the individual back into focus. To bring back everything they believe in, live for, and dream of. The mission of Human Voice is to give a voice to the quiet heroes of our time—the unsung heroes and visionaries who move mountains within their communities, who create change, and who truly live out the values that inspire us. I wanted to give them the spotlight and amplify the stories they live to a world that needs to hear them.
Human Voice is the first video magazine in the region, and beyond, dedicated to giving a voice to individuals, their stories, and the values they live by. It’s a hub for connection, motivation and inspiration—a space that celebrates the person, their dreams, and everything they believe in and live for. Human Voice is also a movement. A movement of people doing good—I’d even dare to call it a movement of kindness. It’s a force that reminds people they don’t have to remain quiet heroes. That’s exactly why I want Human Voice to become a voice for those who are often silenced. A voice for the minority, but very often, a voice for the silent majority—in a world that, especially through the media, far too frequently overlooks what matters the most: the person, their values, and the good they live out every day.
Our vision is a world where individuals return to their inner, essential life values. A world where a movement of kindness connects people, sparks change, and leaves a deeper, better, and more beautiful mark for the generations to come. We believe that the world isn’t changed by noise, but by the individual — by their values, their actions, and a voice that dares to speak out.
“I am driven by a profound faith. Faith in God, and the belief that He intended all of this for me. Quite simply, I feel grateful and secure, surrendering completely to His guidance. I feel a sense of responsibility and gratitude for the gifts I’ve been given—testifying to my faith by loudly advocating for the values I live by: family, love, and faith.”
Human Voice is primarily a media platform built on three pillars: Voice, Video, and Values. Through this concept, we want to take people behind the scenes of real life — to the place where silence speaks the loudest. Voice represents what we talk about: the voice of the people and their stories. We bring individuals of different generations, experiences, and perspectives before the camera — those with a wealth of life experience and timeless insights, as well as those just starting out, questioning, searching, and forging new paths. It is precisely this dialogue of diverse voices that creates content with the power to impact society.
Video is the format where we made a conscious leap forward. For the last fifteen years, photography and horizontal formats have dominated the media landscape, while audience needs — especially those of younger generations—have shifted increasingly toward video. Despite this, most media outlets still haven’t fully adapted to short-form, vertical video as the primary vehicle for content.
That is exactly why Human Voice was designed as a platform that communicates exclusively through vertical video content, focusing on shorter, condensed formats that respect the attention span of today’s audience. Our goal isn’t to produce long-form content, but rather powerful, focused stories that deliver a clear message in a short amount of time — a relatable emotion and values that resonate with the masses. At the same time, this approach remains worthy of a serious, thoughtful, and editorially sharp strategy.

Authenticity. Humanity. Kindness. Courage. Freedom. Gratitude. Faith. Peace. …. the values Human Voice aims to leave behind for future generations. These are the principles that have guided me personally throughout my life and that I have recognized in the people surrounding me. They represent the foundational philosophy of everything we do—our moral compass that we live by every day. It is by these values that we choose our guests, craft every frame, build every story, and eventually, find our “Human”—the hero of the story.
First and foremost, I am driven by people—their struggles and their dreams. The stories where we talk about the victories they’ve won and the successes they’ve achieved, but also about their vulnerabilities. I want those who step before our cameras to motivate and empower others through their stories. I want them to show that through perseverance, courage, and faith in one’s goals, miracles truly do happen. Perhaps these are the voices that will inspire someone to take heart, make that first move, and start living their dreams—because only then, I believe, does our work gain its true weight and real value.
I am also driven by a profound faith. Faith in God. The belief that He intended all of this for me. Quite simply, I feel grateful, secure, and I completely surrender to His guidance. I feel both a responsibility and a sense of gratitude for the great gifts I’ve been given—and my way of testifying to my faith is by loudly advocating for these very values: family, love, and faith.
Dare to give your dreams a voice. Celebrate the successes of others as if they were your own. Persist and be brave, even when it’s difficult. Know that scars are proof of strength, not weakness. Believe with a humble and sincere heart. Don’t prove your values with words — live them. Measure success by freedom and inner peace, not by the noise and rewards of the world. Only then will you recognize your calling on this planet. And that is exactly when the most beautiful stories are born—the ones that come from the heart.
I believe I am living such a story today, because through Human Voice, I have finally given my dreams a voice.
